The Dark Web refers to websites that can’t be found using regular search engines or browsers, because they're on an encrypted network.

To find and access a dark website, you would have to use the same encryption tool as the site, such as “Tor” or “I2P,”and your identity and activities will be hidden as well. While many dark websites are used for illicit purposes, such as buying illegal drugs, people living in countries that restrict internet activity can use it to communicate with the outside world.
