Employee Engagement

Categories: Company Management

An engaged employee is highly enthusiastic about work. Sometimes annoyingly so…like the person who shows up early to an already early workday, hasn’t had coffee or energy drinks, and is more energized than that drumming bunny.

Work is satisfying and internally driving to that person with the lack-of-caffeine. Despite sometimes being confused with workaholism, which is self-destructive, employee engagement is generally considered positive…and sometimes annoying.
