Eurocurrency

Not to be confused with the euro currency, which is the currency of the European Union. This term refers to currency from one country that's deposited in another country. Like...if you have a bunch of dollars sitting in a British bank.
It's got "euro" in the name, but has nothing to do with Europe specifically. If you've got Japanese yen deposited in Australia, that's eurocurrency too.
