The notion here revolves around portfolio division. Each element of an investment portfolio has a kind of separate factor, or element, that determines its success or failure. Imagine a portfolio of ten stocks total, with nine paper-and-pulp stocks, and Netflix. The factor in that portfolio is Netflix, which drives wonderful results.
