Front Office

You can divide business into two segments: front office and back office. It's kind of the attractive, outgoing, friendly people vs. the hideous (but talented) trolls who actually make the products a company sells.

Front office people deal with customers. We're talking receptionists, sales staff, marketing experts, and high-ranking executives. Meanwhile, the back office does all the grunt work of making the product and perfecting operations. Warehouse employees, accountants, truck drivers...those kinds of folks.
