Fullz

Not to freak anyone out or anything, but in 2017, some 16.7 million Americans were victims of identity theft. That’s like almost the entire population of the state of New York having their identities stolen in one year. And the total amount stolen was well over $16 billion, which is a staggering amount of money. That’s more than the entire gross domestic product of some countries.

Wow, okay, that actually is pretty freaky, now that we think about it.

Anyway, when an identity thief steals a person’s identity, the packets of info they get on the victims are called “fullz.” Basically, fullz include all the stuff we don’t want identity thieves to have, like our Social Security number, our bank account info, and other personal details. It’s a slang term that basically says, “included herein is everything one needs to steal this person’s entire entity and fully screw up their financial lives.” Catchy, isn’t it?
