Green collar

White collar workers wear suits to the office, fiddle with algorithms all day, and eat quinoa bowls for lunch. Blue collar workers sport overalls and drive trucks to their factory jobs, and, for lunch, prefer baloney sandwiches and root beer.

Then you have green collar workers. They work in environmentally friendly industries (solar panel factories, wind farms, etc.). Presumably, they drive electric cars, wear organically raised, cruelty-free natural fabrics, and subsist on fresh fruits and vegetables, supplemented by doses of protein powder.
