Heavy Industry

You'd think this'd be about Jenny Craig. But it's not. In fact, heavy industry refers to businesses that do...heavy stuff. Not like funeral processions. But like...physically heavy. They strip mine for gold. They build jet engines for immediate cooling of summer cabins. (No, actually, they're for jets.) They build skyscrapers and tractors and cranes and oil platforms and big, fat, heavy...stuff. æ
