Well, they’ve legalized marijuana in a bunch of states and somebody has to store it, right? Yeah, they do. But this term has nothing to do with that.

In fact, High Street is a fancy shmancy street in London where most of the fancy shmancy banks reside. Money is (almost) literally sucked out of your wallet as you stroll the fancy-shmancy shoppes and get high…interest rates on your deposits.

There’s a Chai Street Bank in Tel Aviv, but that’s something else altogether.
