Your poor home. It’s sore enough. Already, the plumber has said, “Turn your head and cough.” And then the termite doc did the same thing. And the A/C gal. And the electrician. And the roof guy all fiddling around in there. And then the driveway dude. And and and…

Before you can sell your home, usually you need the buy off from a bunch of professional inspectors who are paid a small fee to come and inspect your home, determining whether or not it is, in fact, ready to be sold...or at least of enough working quality that a buyer won’t be screwed.

So, if the home doesn't check out spot perfect, what happens? Well, usually the home seller hires the gal who inspected the sewage system to uh...fix it. Wanna guess how many inspections come back with “needs work”?
