A set of skills that revolves around interaction with other people. Think: “people skills,” which a lot of people...don’t have.
Understanding others? That's a human skill.
Good communication? That’s a human skill. too.
How about motivation? Yup, that’s one, too.
The ability to be supportive? Indeed. Supporting others is also a human skill.
They go hand-in-hand-in-hand. It’s great for someone to understand others, but if that person sucks at communication, no one will have a clue that he/she is a good listener. It’s difficult to motivate people if we aren’t also supportive of them. It all adds up.
