Your electric toothbrush sends data about your daily brushing times to your dentist. Your massage chair emails its manufacturer: "Help! I'm being squished!"
Internet of Things. The term refers to common household items that are connected to the web. So instead of just computers and smartphones, the list of items plugged into cyberspace will eventually expand to include...pretty much everything you own.
