Liquidity Path

It's how you'll eventually get cash for whatever it is that isn't cash that you want to sell.

Like...a liquidity path would be a plan for a given company with $80 million in revenues today and running at profitability breakeven to, 3 years from now, have $250 million in revenues, $80 million in operating income, and an IPO (a liquidity event) ready to go for a billion bucks or better.
