It's not there. It should have been. But it was omitted. And this is a problem. Because without the "hold you harmless for acts of God" clause that was supposed to be in the insurance contract, now with this hurricaine that just hit and blew away 2/3 of the homes east of Tuscaloosa...well, you're liable, you forgetful insurance company.

And no, you can't point to it referring to the Irish tribe who migrated to a mission in California. The O'Missions are a nice family and they don't insure anything other than good golf games. And luck.
