Predators' Ball

The Predator's Ball is the name of a party. (Not a male body part.) It was The Thing during the Junk Bond Era, wherein Drexel Burnham Lambert, the big-bomb-bank that pioneered the sale of junk bonds, threw a lavish party for pretty much anyone who was anyone back in the day. These were the stalkers, the buyers of broken companies, the borrowers of huge amounts of debt, the payers of high banker fees. So yes, of course they were coddled and stroked and loved.
