Property Manager

Watch the oh so dark TV series Mom. That's what Allison Janney does. She's the property manager of the apartment building they live in. She shows new apartments when they're available. She fixes the washer when it breaks (or gets others to fix it for her). She deals with drunken tenants when they can't find their keys.

That's what a property manager does. And for the privilege, they usually get the cost of their apartment comp'd (it's still taxable though).
