Prophet's Reputation Management Index

Ever looked at an index and thought, “Man, Taylor Swift would probably love this?” Of course, because who hasn’t, right? But we think we’ve found an index she’d go totally nuts over, because it is all about…reputation.

It’s called the “Prophet’s Reputation Management Index,” or PRMI, and it basically measures a company’s—that’s right—reputation. It’s calculated from survey responses collected by Prophet, Inc., a big-dog marketing firm. If an organization gets a score of 75 or higher, they’ve got an awesome rep, but if their score is below 50, then everyone pretty much hates them. To put it succinctly. So any organizations out there looking to be their customers’ end game should probably pay attention to what their own big reputation says about them…and they can start with the PRMI.
