Quality Control

Categories: Company Management

You need this. Without it, the designer toothpaste you make could end up either bleaching customer gums white or growing hair on the enamel. Or worse.

So how do you control quality? You get your hands dirty. Or clean. But you manage the product. You sample it. Like a cook endlessly tasting food. You use your product in your daily life (unless you make nukes or something similar). But if you make toothpaste, then use it. How's it feel? Over time, do you notice improvement? Do you love it? Hate it? Or are you just kinda meh?

Just being deep, caring about the product, is way more than half the battle. Remember that the next time you go to a restaurant and wait 30 minutes to then be served cold bread. Yeah, they won't be around long.
