Relisted

To "list" a stock is to put it on the list of publicly traded ones. Like...by taking it public.

You can list on the NYSE or NASDAQ, or sell them with way less scrutiny OTC. Among other alternatives. So when you relist, it means that your stock has likely been delisted because it violated some exchange issue, like it traded below $5 a share for an extended period. Or it was relisted in that it had already been listed on the NYSE, but you wanted more of a global trading audience, so you relisted it on the LSE (London Stock Exchange), hoping to make it rain investors upon you and make your stock more liquid.

And you know the weather report in London. It's always raining. Or about to rain. Super easy to do weather there.
