Repeat Sales

A customer comes into your burger joint. She orders a $10 hamburger. You serve her a moldy bun stuffed with grey, repurposed rat meat from last night's trap.

Little chance of repeat sales. You got that $10 on the cheap...high margins on that one burger. But you'll never see the customer again. Good luck staying in business (even if the health inspector doesn't come calling).

Repeat sales just means sales made to previous customers. Someone bought what you're selling, and liked it enough to come back again. Basically, the lifeblood of a good business.
