Reverse Fulfillment

What you feel an hour after eating Chinese food.
Also, a fancy word for what you do when you return something.
Let's take a look at regular fulfillment first. That term applies when a company fills an order. You order 50 silk pillows for your guest room (which you are decorating in a "Persian Empire" style). The manufacturer receives the order, puts 50 pillows into a box, and ships them to you. That process describes fulfillment.
Reverse fulfillment goes the other way. It's how you return items to the manufacturer.
By the time your pillows arrive, you've decided against the Persian Empire theme. You're going with "Quaker Meeting House." Now you just want hard wooden benches. So you ship the 50 silk pillows back to the manufacturer. Reverse fulfillment.
