Rising Bottom

If we’re lucky, a rising bottom is what we’ll get if we do enough Pilates. But a “rising bottom” can also be a good thing outside of the gym, because it means a stock’s low price is increasing.

In other words, today’s low price is higher than yesterday’s low price, and yesterday’s low price was higher than the day before’s, and so on. Most of the time, this means investors are feeling bullish about the stock, which could mean its price will go up. We might also see this trend called an “ascending bottom."
