“Scale,” as in: weighing heavily on suppliers to get all the elements to come together. As in: a real company with logistics and planning and likely professionals running it. Not Mon 'n' Pop. As in: volume discounting. As in: “being the market” rather than selling into it.
And yeah, an order from Walgreens to buy 4 million diapers qualifies.
