Semiconductor Industry ETF

See: Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF).

What's in that fund? Intel. AMD. Stepper companies like ASML and ATML. Probably TSMC, the biggest physical maker of semiconductors, based in Taiwan. The ETF is volatile, trading in line with the tech industry. And historically, oddly, you want to buy the group when it's trading at like 1,000x earnings (i.e. any company is lucky to earn a penny, but trading at 1-2x revenues) and you want to sell it when it's trading at 6x earnings, i.e. trading at like 8x revenues.

Highly cyclical. Highly volatile. Like the data they throw all over the Earth.
