Severance Pay

You were fired. You're gone. Done. Now the company is paying you to "go away nicely," i.e., not sue them because you claim prejudice against humans, and they replaced you with a monkey.

It's sorta like a bribe (legal) to not sue, when you're fired, paid after you've signed your various waivers and forms stating that you will not sue for them being speciesist.
