Shakeup
  
The CEO was fired. So were the CFO and the head of sales. It was a brutal shakeup, wherein half of the top management was dumped by the board. New players were brought in. And now the declines in sales of 12% a year for 3 years straight should hopefully be shored-up. Reinvigorated. And re-energized.
When operations aren't going well at a company, shakeups happen. It's all part of the corporate dance. And that's what boards get paid, in part, to do. Just hope they're too busy cutting a rug to cut...you.
