Pro athletes have these all the time. They just can't sink a putt. Tiger had one of these for a decade until he won The Masters again in 2019. (This is Tiger Woods, the pro golfer, not Tiger Greenbaum, the orthodontist who plays a lot of bridge).
Economies slump. Businesses slump. That is, they differ negatively from their trailing average performance levels. And it's a slump (not The End), because the presumption is that they will regress to the mean and return to their former...form. And all will be good in their worlds again.
