Standalone Profit

One division's profit as a standalone.

Like...think about the case where Disney (owner of ABC, ESPN, a big movie business, a big TV production business, various cable networks, and a bunch of other stuff, including the Star Wars franchise and all rights associated with it) spun out their theme parks as a totally separate division. What you'd find is that that single division would have massive standalone profit, and almost no growth, and extremely steady traffic. (Highly appropriate then for debt or leverage onto those parks if spun. Just sayin'.)
