Technical Analyst

See: Fundamental Analysis. A technical analyst only looks at charts and trend lines and adjusted volatilities of stocks and bonds. They don't care what the company does for a living. They only care about the tea leaves, entrails, and stuff under the crystal ball predicting the future of the securities.
