Death. That's one. Divorce. That's another. Being fired. That's another.

Sometimes, deals have termination events, like "When 1 million shoes are sold, the distribution deal we have at Walgreens to sell your sneakers...ends." The event of surprassing 1 million shoes sold terminates the distribution agreement contract.
