And then there's a list of the key 8 or 15 or 32 things that the new CEO must follow...or be terminated.
It's a standard Thing to have in an employment agreement for most senior officers in meaningful companies. Vastly different tears flow when they're not met versus Terms of Endearment, which you should really see if you haven't.
