Actually, this one has to do with environmental concerns. The Toxic 100 refers to a series of indexes that track the impact of various types of pollution, and call out major polluters.

There's the Toxic 100 Air Polluters Index, the Toxic 100 Water Polluters Index, the Greenhouse 100 Polluters Index, and the Combined Toxic 100/Greenhouse 100 Index. They are compiled by the University of Massachusetts Amherst, through its Political Economy Research Institute. The indexes are based on data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

An oil company seems to win every year, but Google server farms are trying hard to fight their way in.
