Toppy

Fat. Heavy. Heady. Expensive. Record-high-ish.

A market that is toppy is top-heavy and feels poised to come down, if not crash. Why would it feel this way? Well, just like other things that don't have proper, um, bodily support, they have gravity working against them. If the earnings and growth rate of the market aren't supportive of, say, a 25x earnings multiple, then that market is likely toppy and ready for a fall.

Or a wardrobe malfunction. Whichever comes first.
