It'd be way cooler if this was about maximum temperatures at which you'd cook a baguette. But...no.

In fact, tort law is the law or structure of laws beneath one person suing another for damages. And that "person" can be a corporation, a co-op, a country...pretty much anything, as long as it begins with "c."

Tort law exists to protect the innocent, or at least to give those wronged financial recourse to their wrongers. Isn't always fair. But like...who told you the world was fair?
