No, that's not a comment on our crappy political system that's been in existence the last half century or so.
Unchanged is the term applied to a stock price close from the end of the day's trading. It opened at $57.55; it closed at $57.55. UNCH is the note you'll see in the paper, or wherever you get your Day's Change stock results. Sorta like our snarky attitude toward The Man.
