If you're going to use and occupy this warehouse, then you need insurance.

Why? Well, you're building bomblets, i.e. tiny bombs that fit nicely on normal, 3-foot-wide propellor drones. If something goes badly, then...boom. So we make you carry the insurance before you can legally occupy the building here and, you know...do stuff.
