Water Damage Clause

The infamous "clause" here is the legal mumbo jumbo that describes just how little the insurance company is on the hook for the costs of water damage when your crazy Uncle Larry leaves the bath tub filling for three hours upstairs, and the rest of the house becomes a place for duck pond races.

That clause basically just says "Too bad for you; not our fault."
