Not private. The door to the bathroom is...not shut.

Why is "public" even a thing? Well, when you do anything investing-wise with the public, you have all kinds of hoops you have to jump through. Higher standards. More to be done. Bigger stakes.

So many poor schlub public citizens were bamboozled so many times by fast city slickers that a whole new set of laws had to be adopted to protect the public. And, for the most part, they do.
