About Me

Intro

If you're looking for a place that's preppy, sassy, and clean but not pretentious, I'm your school. Think Mean Girls except minus the mean, plastic qualities…plus some heartwarming interests. Do you have a luxurious cape handy? Fantastic. I'm really into saving the world. My students fly all over the place to help those in need. Okay, so the capes might just be for show, but even though my students can't fly, they're heroes nonetheless.

I can promise you'll have a good time if you come my way. We thrive on being genuinely friendly and helpful here. Like I said, I'm not very interested in shallow interactions. When you're here, you're family. Whoa, totally unintentional reference there. Don't worry, my food is way better than that unnamed restaurant...though unfortunately I cannot offer you unlimited bread sticks.

Name

I'm so cool, my mascot is named after an attack aircraft: Ace the Skyhawk. Beat that, every other school ever.

Hometown

I'm from gorgeous Easton, MA, which is number forty-three in the top one hundred best places to live in the United States. Not bad.

Birthdate

June 30th, 1948

Body Type

I have about 2,600 students. So really, I'm the best of both worlds. It's easy to get to know a lot of people on campus, but I'm big enough that you can hide behind my other students if you're shy. Goldilocks would call me "just right."

Current Living Situation

I have on-campus residence halls. Like most colleges, some of my freshmen dorms aren't the best, but as you get older, my residences get nicer and nicer. You've got to work for them. Some even have central air conditioning (ooh, ahh). As for rooms, I can offer you singles, doubles, suites—I've got it all.

Relationship Status

I love going head-to-head with Bentley University, and by "going head-to-head," I really mean crush at all sporting events. Oh, that school, with their inferior Flex the Falcon mascot. Skyhawk beats Falcon any day, my friends. Any. Day.

Religion

Even though I'm Catholic and proud of it, I'm not into telling other people what to do. If you'd like a campus with a solid faith scene, then I'm a good fit. However, if you'd rather steer clear of dogma, we can still be compadres. I'm as moldable as PlayDough. (And just as colorful, too.)

You should apply to me if...

you're looking for a close-knit community, challenging but fair classes, and compassionate peers.
