This one's easy: Big-time bully Tyro Bergen antagonizes Bart throughout the entire novel. Whether Tyro's drowning Bart's burgers in ketchup, stuffing him in a locker, sending him cruel texts, or calling him with death threats, Tyro's number one priority is making life miserable for our poor narrator. And boy, does he succeed.
