Challenge Mode: Activate

  • Any challenge to a name on the examiner's list has to be heard by an officer appointed by the CSC, according to their rules.
  • The challenge will only be heard if a) it's made within ten days of the list's posting, b) two people with personal knowledge of the challenge testify against the challenged party, and c) a copy of the challenge and its testimony are served to the challenged person.
  • The challenge will be determined within fifteen days of filing, and any appeals may be filed within fifteen days but no decision made by a hearing officer can be reversed unless it's totally and flagrantly wrong.
