Mufasa

Wise, caring, loving: Mufasa is the ideal mentor to his son. Whenever Simba gets into trouble or doesn't exactly understand what's going on— which is frequently—Mufasa is there with a wise word and a (lion) shoulder to cry on. He even mentors Simba from beyond the grave. Now that's dedication.
