Julie Herbault (née Morrel)

The only daughter of M. Pierre Morrel, she is chosen by Edmond to help save her father. Dantès, in the guise of an agent from Thomas and French, tells her that she'll one day receive a letter from "Sinbad the Sailor," and that she must follow the directions contained therein if she'd like to save her father. Julie, good girl and daughter that she is, follows the instructions and so helps to pay off her father's debt. She ends up marrying Emmanuel Herbault, her father's young clerk, and they live a happy life.
