Mr. and Mrs. Webb
Penn's folks, like Penn, are good-natured and kind. When Crash comes over to their house for dinner, they show the patience of Job as he jumps on all their furniture and insults their family. The Webbs don't have much money (they're starving artists), but they have a whole lotta love.
Feel the love, y'all!
It's clearly important to Mr. and Mrs. Webb to instill that love in their small son. From the looks of things, their plan is working.
