Dobby is a former house elf who Harry freed once upon a time. He now is loyal to Harry and does his best to help Harry in any way he can. When Harry orders Kreacher, his new house elf, to tail Draco Malfoy, Dobby goes along too, to make sure Kreacher follows Harry's orders.
