The mysterious limo passenger is revealed as W.W. Hale the Fifth, also known as Hale. He and Kat go way back... but she doesn't even know his first name.
See, Hale was the one who framed Kat for the Porsche prank, and he did it because he has a job for her.
Kat tries to turn down the job, saying, "I'm out of the family business" (2.43). Then Hale asks her, coyly, "But are you out of the family?" (2.44)
