After dinner, Henry does the dishes. When he's done, he sees that Samantha is already asleep on the couch.
He finds Marty outside and his son says that this year has been a tough one for him. He also asks Henry if he kept Ethel at home in her last few months in order to spite Marty.
Henry says he didn't, and Marty admits that he can see Henry's reasoning now—it's important to be at home sometimes.
Then he asks how much Ethel knew about Keiko. Henry says she didn't know much more than that Keiko existed.
He's been a loyal and dedicated husband all of these years, but now he's thinking about Keiko again. No harm, no foul, Henry.
