So Jeffrey's made himself known in town now, and the seeds of a legend have been planted.
At some point someone says, "'Kid's gotta be a maniac'" (8.7).
Amanda Beale is the only one in town that knows his real name, so from now on he's just known as Maniac.
He's got a name now, but not an address.
Obviously, the next best thing is the deer shed at the Elmwood Park Zoo.
