Are You a Good Witch or a Bad Witch?

Other than the fact that they are the ones who are running the whole WICKED experiment, not much is known about the Creators. They are probably the elite of society, seeing as they could afford the treatment for the Flare, but they don't act all that happy (or healthy for that matter). 

They have orchestrated everything from the selection of orphans to the "rescue" from the center, and the epilogue reveals that the group of children we are familiar with are only one group out of several. They insist that what they are doing is for the good of human kind, but the jury is out as to whether their good intentions are more delusional than anything.
