Rhince
Rhince, sometimes called Master Rhince, is the mate on the Dawn Treader, which makes him the second-in-command after the Captain, Lord Drinian. Rhince is a loyal and skilled sailor but not a fully individuated character. One of the only things we learn about him is that, when everyone is hearing their nightmares coming true near the Dark Island, Rhince hears "them crawling up the sides of the ship" (12.48). Apparently Rhince's worst nightmare is having his ship invaded.
